Averra AI Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

By creating an account or using Averra AI, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you state that you are authorised to act for that organisation.

The service is run by Developer Averra AI, called "we" in this document.

2. About the service

Averra AI is a platform that:

answers questions about the data sources you connect;
runs the flows you build, once or on a schedule;
produces files such as spreadsheets, documents, and diagrams;
records everything the system runs on your behalf.

3. Account

Keep your password secret. All activity on your account is your responsibility. Tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account.

Administrators can set the roles and permissions that decide what you can do in the service.

4. Your data and content

The data you connect, the documents you import, the files you upload, and the files produced for you remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.

You give us a limited permission to store, process, and display that content as far as needed to run the service you ask for, including sending it to language model providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Make sure you are entitled to connect the data sources and import the documents you use. The platform reads only as much as the credentials you provide allow, and choosing the right credentials is up to you.

If you connect Telegram, messages from that Telegram account run as your Averra AI account, with the same permissions and quota. Messages, answers, and result files are sent through Telegram's service and are subject to its terms and privacy policy. Keep access to your Telegram account secure and disconnect it in Settings or with /stop when you no longer use it. The bot chat does not use end-to-end encryption. Disconnecting does not delete messages or files already sent to Telegram.

Browser

The browser in the service acts on other sites on your behalf: every click, keystroke, selection, and upload runs only after you approve it, and you are responsible for the actions you approve and for following the terms of those sites. Sites can change or fail to respond, so the outcome of an action may be uncertain; the service does not repeat it and asks you to check it. Sign-ins in the profile may end at any time under the site's own policy.

5. What you must not do

use the service for anything that breaks the rules or harms others;
upload content you have no right to;
try to get around permission limits, open another account's data, or take files that are not yours;
load the service so heavily that it disrupts other users;
take the service apart to build a copy.

6. About AI answers

AI answers can be wrong. An answer can contain mistakes, misread the question, or reach a conclusion the data does not support. The platform is designed to answer from evidence and to record where every answer comes from, but that reduces the risk rather than removing it.

Check before you decide. Do not make an answer from the service the only basis for an important decision without a person checking it.

The flows you build are your responsibility. You decide which queries run, which data sources are read, and who receives the results.

Results can differ from run to run. A flow without a model step gives the same result for the same input. Once it contains a model step, the result can differ even when the input is the same.

7. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted at any time by maintenance, hardware faults, or faults in the third-party services it uses, including language model providers. We do not promise a particular level of availability.

We may also add, change, or stop features at any time.

Keep your own copies of data that matters to you. The backups we run are for restoring the system, not for returning one user's data to a single point in time.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

We may suspend or end access at any time, for example when these terms are broken or your use threatens the security of the service and other users.

After an account is ended, your data follows the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

9. Ownership of Averra AI

The software, interface, name, and logo of Averra AI belong to us. These terms give you no rights to that brand beyond using the service as intended.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of accurate results or uninterrupted use. We are not liable for losses that arise from using the service.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of the document always shows the version in effect, and using the service after a change means you accept it.
